Execuvent — Built for the business behind every event.

Straight answers — before you book time

The CRM for businesses behind every event. Below is practical language buyers use in evaluations: fit, rollout, money, support, and trust. Open a question to read the answer — or skip straight to a demo if you prefer to walk through live.

Product fit

Is Execuvent only for event planners?

No. Execuvent is built for the businesses behind every event — including planners and agencies, but also venues, caterers, DJs and entertainment companies, bartending teams, rental operations, and production / equipment teams. If you run client-facing events and supplier-heavy operations, the fit is relevant.

Does Execuvent work for venues, caterers, DJs, bartending teams, rental companies, and production businesses?

Yes. The product is organized around clients, events, vendors, tasks, budgets, quotes, and invoices — workflows those businesses share even when their front-line work looks different. See the Use cases page for how that maps to real operations.

What kind of event businesses is Execuvent best for?

Teams that want one operational system instead of scattered inboxes and spreadsheets — especially when multiple people touch the same event, vendors need tracking, and billing should stay tied to the job. Solo operators and growing multi-seat teams are both supported; larger, high-volume operations often align with higher tiers.

Is Execuvent a generic CRM?

It is a CRM shaped for event operations: event-centric workspaces, vendor coordination, and financial documents linked to events — not a blank horizontal CRM you have to bend from scratch. It will not replace highly specialized CAD or venue CAD tools; it focuses on commercial and operational coordination.

Setup and onboarding

How long does it take to get started?

Many teams can begin entering clients and events quickly. A realistic rollout depends on how much history you import and how many people you train — think days to a few weeks for disciplined adoption, not a years-long enterprise program.

Do you offer onboarding?

Yes. Standard email support is included by tier; Pro and Team include faster support positioning. Optional paid onboarding packages (guided setup and migration-style help) are available — see Pricing under add-ons for current options.

Can you help us migrate from spreadsheets or another system?

We can help you plan a practical migration: what to move first, how to structure clients and events, and how to phase old tools out. Heavy or bespoke migrations may need the paid onboarding / migration add-on and a scoped plan — the demo is the right place to align on complexity.

Do I need a large team to use Execuvent?

No. Starter is aimed at solo operators and very small teams. Execuvent becomes especially valuable when more than one person needs the same operational picture — but you do not need a large org to start.

Pricing and plans

What is included in each plan?

All listed tiers include core CRM for clients, events, vendors, tasks and notes, budgets and costs, quotes and invoices, and vendor confirmation workflows at a level appropriate to the tier. Exact line items are on the Pricing page — that is the source of truth as packaging evolves.

How do seats work?

Plans include a set number of seats (for example, 1 on Starter; 3 on Pro; 5 on Team; 10+ on Enterprise). Extra seats can be added on a per-user monthly basis; rates differ slightly by tier. See Pricing for current numbers.

Can I add more seats later?

Yes. You can add seats as you grow without changing the fundamental plan tier (unless you outgrow what the tier is designed for — then we talk upgrade).

Is annual billing available?

Not through public self-serve checkout today — listed plans are month-to-month. Enterprise and larger rollouts may use custom annual agreements; contact sales if you need that structure.

Is onboarding included?

Onboarding assistance is tiered: Starter includes standard support; Pro and Team include priority support; Enterprise includes higher-touch commercial onboarding pathways. Premium or white-glove onboarding is an add-on — see Pricing for one-time onboarding options.

Support and implementation

What support is included?

Starter includes standard email support. Pro includes priority email support. Team and Enterprise include priority support with stronger onboarding and commercial pathways. Response expectations are best confirmed on the Pricing page and in contract or order documents at purchase time.

Do you offer demos before purchase?

Yes. We recommend a demo so you can see clients, events, vendors, and financial flows in context and ask fit questions. Book a demo from this site — it is the primary path.

What happens after I request a demo?

We review your submission, may ask a short clarifying question, then propose times for a tailored 20–30 minute walkthrough. You will get a reply within one business day under normal load.

Can Execuvent be tailored to our type of event business?

The product is configurable around your clients, events, and vendor model — not a different codebase per vertical. The demo is structured to reflect your business type (planner vs. venue vs. supplier, etc.) so you can judge fit honestly.

Trust and operations

Who owns our data?

Your organization’s operational data belongs to your business. Execuvent is built as a multi-tenant SaaS: each customer workspace is isolated. Specific legal terms (DPA, subprocessors, retention) should be reviewed in your agreement or privacy materials when you move to purchase.

Is Execuvent built for multi-user teams?

Yes. Team permissions and multi-user workflows are part of the product direction; seat counts scale by plan. Exact permission matrices are easiest to review live on a demo if you have strict role requirements.

Can we manage multiple active events at once?

Yes. The system is designed for pipelines of concurrent events — not a single-event toy database. Volume that strains a tier is a good conversation for sales when you book.

Is it built to support the operational side of event businesses?

That is the core focus: execution pressure, vendor reality, and money in one place — Execuvent — Built for the business behind every event. Marketing and deep creative production suites are out of scope; running the business side of events is in scope.
