1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with Execuvent, a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for event planning businesses and related teams. By accessing or using Execuvent, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
In this Policy, “Customer,” “you,” or “your business” means the organization that subscribes to Execuvent. “End users” include your team members. “Contacts” include clients, vendors, guests, and other people whose information you enter or to whom you send communications through Execuvent.
2. Information We Collect
Account and contact information
Name, email address, phone number, business name, role, login credentials, and similar account details used to create and manage workspaces.
Business and event information
Event details, venues, schedules, tasks, notes, quotes, invoices, contracts, budgets, templates, branding, and other operational content you enter into Execuvent.
Client, vendor, and guest information entered by users
Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, preferences, and related records that Customers choose to store about clients, vendors, guests, and other contacts. Customers control this data and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents to collect and process it.
Payment and billing information
Subscription plan details, billing status, invoices related to your Execuvent subscription, and payment references processed by our payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on Execuvent servers; card data is handled by the processor.
Where a Customer connects Stripe Connect to receive client invoice payments, related account status information (for example, whether charges are enabled) may be stored so the product can enable or disable online payment features for that workspace.
Communications information
Messages, support requests, email content you send to us, and records of service-related emails or in-app notifications.
SMS / text messaging information
Mobile phone numbers you provide, SMS opt-in and opt-out status, message delivery logs needed to operate messaging, and related consent records when text messaging features are used.
Technical and usage information
IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, log data, cookies or similar technologies, pages viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic information that helps us operate, secure, and improve Execuvent.

6. Third-Party Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate, secure, and improve Execuvent. These providers may support functions such as payment processing, SMS/text messaging, email delivery, hosting, data storage, authentication, analytics, customer support, and security.
Examples include payment processors such as Stripe, including Stripe Connect where enabled by a Customer for tenant invoice payments, and SMS/text messaging providers such as Twilio.
Service providers are authorized to process information only as needed to perform services on our behalf, support features you use, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and reliability of the service.
SMS/text messaging providers are not permitted to use mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent data for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Execuvent, maintain accounts, satisfy legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may delete certain records in-product subject to plan permissions and technical limits. After account closure, we may retain limited records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, billing records and security logs).
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Customers remain responsible for safeguarding credentials and configuring access within their workspace.
10. Cookies and Tracking

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to appeal a denial of a request. Some rights may be limited when we process data on behalf of a Customer; in those cases we may direct you to the Customer or work with the Customer as appropriate.
